Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

A consumer who has made a purchase through the GSWF online store has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions set out below.

The 14-day period begins on the day on which the Consumer, or a person designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The Consumer may use the withdrawal form provided by the Seller; however, use of the form is not mandatory.

2. Products Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only for full rolls of film purchased from the GSWF online store.

We do not accept returns of:

• custom-cut pieces,
• film sections or material purchased by the metre and cut from a full roll in accordance with the Customer’s order.

These products are prepared according to the Customer’s individual order by cutting or trimming the material and, once prepared, cannot be returned to sale as a full roll.

3. Returning the Goods

After withdrawing from the contract, the Consumer should return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal statement was submitted.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the Goods back before the expiry of this period.

The Goods should be properly secured for transport and returned to:

We recommend including the withdrawal form and information allowing the order to be identified with the shipment.

4. Condition of the Returned Goods

The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The returned full roll should be properly secured against damage during transport.

5. Cost of Returning the Goods

The Consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the Goods in the event of withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of return depends on the carrier and the shipping method selected by the Consumer.

6. Refund of Payments

In the event of an effective withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall refund all payments received from the Consumer, including the cost of the original delivery of the Goods, up to the amount corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller.

If the Consumer selected a more expensive delivery method, the Seller is not obliged to refund any additional costs resulting from that choice.

The refund shall be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date on which the Seller received the withdrawal statement.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Goods have been received or the Consumer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the parties have agreed on another method of refund that does not incur any additional costs for the Consumer.
