Payments
1. Prices
All prices displayed in the Store are net prices and are stated in euros (EUR), unless otherwise indicated. For EU business customers with a valid EU VAT number, no VAT is charged in addition to the displayed price. Customers without a valid EU VAT number will be charged the applicable local VAT rate.
Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Goods; however, such changes shall not affect orders placed before the changes take effect.
2. Payment
Payments for the Goods and additional services, such as delivery costs, are made using the payment methods available in the Store and in accordance with the rules specified by the Seller.
3. Available Payment Methods
The available payment methods are:
-
payment by debit or credit card,
-
payment via Apple Pay,
-
payment via PayPal,
-
traditional bank transfer.
4. Order Price
The Customer purchases the Goods at the prices applicable at the time the order is placed, including delivery costs and any applicable taxes or other fees indicated in the shopping cart before the order is finalized.
5. Payment Authorization and Security
a) All electronic payments are processed through certified payment systems compliant with the PCI-DSS security standard. Payment card details are not stored by the Seller.
b) The Seller may carry out additional verification of the Customer’s identity in the event of:
-
suspected fraud or misuse,
-
discrepancies in address details,
-
unusually high-value orders.
c) In the cases specified above, the processing of the order may be suspended until the Customer’s details have been verified. Failure to complete the verification may result in the cancellation of the order.
6. Unpaid Orders
-
If the Customer selects payment by bank transfer, the Customer has 3 business days to make the payment. If the payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled.
-
In the case of payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, or payment card, failure to obtain positive transaction authorization means that the order will not be accepted for processing.
7. Refusal to Process an Order
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the following cases:
-
the Customer provides false, incomplete, or incorrect information,
-
the Seller is unable to contact the Customer to verify the information provided,
-
the payment method used is blocked or suspected of being used fraudulently,
-
the Customer has previously failed to collect shipments or has otherwise materially breached the terms of previous orders.
In such cases, the Seller shall not be liable for the failure to process the order.
8. Proof of Purchase
A receipt is issued for each order or, at the Customer’s request, a VAT invoice. The Customer is responsible for providing correct invoicing details when placing the order.
Once the sales document has been issued, the Seller is not obliged to correct it unless there is a legal basis for such correction.
